INGREDIENTS:

  •          1, 8 ounce bar cream cheese, softened

  •          ½ cup sour cream

  •          ½ cup gorgonzola crumbles

  •          1, 12 ounce bag frozen corn, thawed

  •          6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped

  •          ½ teaspoon salt

  •          ½ teaspoon black pepper

  •          1 12 ounce container Sam’s Mango Pineapple Fresh Salsa, divided

  •          2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped

  •          Tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Coat a pie plate or 2 quart baking dish with non-stick spray.

  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, gorgonzola, corn, bacon, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of the salsa in a large bowl.  Spread it evenly in the baking dish.  Top it evenly with the remaining ½ cup of the salsa.

  3.   Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.  Sprinkle the cilantro leaves over the top of the dip and serve with tortilla or pita chips.
